Anne Desmond
For over 20 years, I have been helping students of all ages gain mobility, strength, and ease through yoga, Feldenkrais, breathwork, and somatic movement. My goal is simple: to help people move better, feel better, and live better by integrating movement practices that support both physical health and emotional well-being.I work one-on-one with private clients seeking a highly personalized approach to movement and wellness. Whether you're new to yoga, recovering from injury, adjusting to an aging body, navigating life challenges, or simply looking to move and feel better, I tailor each session to your unique needs—helping you build strength, confidence, and ease in daily life.In addition to working with adults, I specialize in private yoga and mindfulness coaching for teens. For over a decade, I developed and led yoga programs in public schools through Bent On Learning, designing a curriculum that helped thousands of middle and high school students manage stress, improve focus, and build confidence. Drawing from this experience, I now work one-on-one or in small groups of up to four, providing a safe, supportive space for teens to move, breathe, reflect, and relax as a way to support their mental health, emotional resilience, and overall well-being. My sessions help teens develop greater self-awareness, coping skills, and a sense of ease in their bodies and minds.
