For over 20 years, I have been helping students of all ages gain mobility, strength, and ease through yoga, Feldenkrais, breathwork, and somatic movement. My goal is simple: to help people move better, feel better, and live better by integrating movement practices that support both physical health and emotional well-being.I work one-on-one with private clients seeking a highly personalized approach to movement and wellness. Whether you're new to yoga, recovering from injury, adjusting to an aging body, navigating life transitions, or simply looking to move and feel better, I tailor each session to your unique needs—helping you build strength, confidence, and ease in daily life.In addition to working with adults, I specialize in private yoga and mindfulness coaching for teens. I developed a specialized yoga curriculum for middle and high school students, designed to support their mental health, emotional resilience, and academic performance, and taught for 10 years in public schools. I offer one-on-one yoga sessions that support teens in their personal and academic growth.I am the founder of Bent On Learning, a nonprofit that brings yoga and mindfulness into public schools. For 10 years, I developed and taught a specialized yoga curriculum for middle and high school students, designed to support their mental health, emotional resilience, and academic performance. Through this work, I have helped thousands of teens reduce stress, improve focus, and build confidence—equipping them with lifelong tools for self-regulation and well-being.Working one-on-one or in small groups of up to 4, I provide teenagers a safe, supportive space where they can release stress, build confidence, and enhance their overall well-being—both in school and in life.
